One of the most popular tourist destinations in Italy, Lerici, the ‘Pearl of the Gulf of Poets’, and its inhabitants are historically linked to the sea. For centuries the town has hosted intellectuals, artists, and business men and women from all over the world. The LMF draws its inspiration from this haunt of artists and seafarers, characterised from the outset, by a markedly international aura.
